Surullitos fritos(corn sticks with cheese)

      Fried corn sticks or (surullitos de maiz con queso) are one of the most popular appetizers in Puerto Rico. The combination of fine cornmeal and sharp cheddar cheese give them a crunchy texture and unique flavor.
