Roasted Salmon with Pineapple Marinade

     The combinations of flavors in the marinade pair nicely with the salmon. You'll love the rich flavor and firm texture of the salmon. I place it on a bed of fresh green beans flavored  with a butter garlic sauce.                                       dessertsandgoodfood.blogspot.com Ingredients: Marinade: 2 tablespoon olive oil 3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 3 tablespoon soy sauce 2 garlic clove, mince 1/4 cup pineapple jam Ground black pepper to taste. 4 salmon fillet about 4 ounces each,   lightly rinse and pat dry In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade and  set aside. In a medium bowl carefully add the salmon and pour the marinade over it. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Turn the oven broiler on Hi. Green beans in garlic sauce

      The combination of extra virgin olive oil and butter makes these fresh green beans very tasty. This is a great side dish to go with my Pineapple Roasted Salmon.                       #recipeoftheday #greenbeans                     dessertsandgoodfood.blogspot.com Ingredients: 1 pound of green beans  cut in 2 inch long pieces 2 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons unsalted butter salt and pepper to taste Water to blanch the green beans In a medium pot over medium high heat bring the water to boil. Blanch the green beans for about one minute, transfer  the green beans to a medium bowl with very cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain  the green beans and transfer to a medium bowl.
