Pineapple, banana and strawberries smoothie
My grandson used to love pineapples and suddenly he stopped eating them. Recently, I decided to give it another try. By taking frozen pineapple chunks, strawberries and bananas I created this healthy milkshake that he loved. The addition of almond milk is a good alternative for people who can't have dairy products.

Ingredients:
4 ounces pineapples chunks, frozen
2 ounces of almond milk
4 ounces strawberries
1 large ripe banana
Combine the frozen pineapples chunks and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the strawberries and banana pieces and blend until smooth.
Garnish with pineapples and strawberry.
