Peppers and fruits salsa

    With the spring and summer arrives so the beautiful fruits and vegetables show up.  I couldn't resist the tentacion to buy some, even when I didn't know what I going to do with them. When I get home I look at the beautiful peppers and, suddenly I had the idea of making this flavorful salsa. I have tomatoes, parsley and for a contrast in flavor I decide to add mango and a can of pineapple chumps.        I made a few batches of salsa and shared it with my friends to see their opinion and,  everybody love it.     Piña Colada is a sweet and tasty cocktail made with pineapple juice, coconut cream and white rum. The National Puerto Rican drink since 1978 this is a tropical classic that evokes images of a Caribbean paradise. Instead of using ice I froze my pineapple juice to avoid watering down my Piña Colada. Pineapple, banana and strawberries smoothie

     My grandson used to love pineapples and suddenly he stopped eating them.  Recently, I decided to give it another try. By taking frozen pineapple chunks, strawberries and bananas I created this healthy milkshake that he loved. The addition of almond milk is a good alternative for people who can't have dairy products.                      dessertsandgoodfood.blogspot.com Ingredients: 4 ounces pineapples chunks, frozen 2 ounces of almond milk 4 ounces strawberries  1 large ripe banana Combine the frozen pineapples chunks and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the strawberries and banana pieces and blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapples and strawberry.
