Roasted Salmon with Pineapple Marinade

     The combinations of flavors in the marinade pair nicely with the salmon. You'll love the rich flavor and firm texture of the salmon. I place it on a bed of fresh green beans flavored  with a butter garlic sauce.                                       dessertsandgoodfood.blogspot.com Ingredients: Marinade: 2 tablespoon olive oil 3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 3 tablespoon soy sauce 2 garlic clove, mince 1/4 cup pineapple jam Ground black pepper to taste. 4 salmon fillet about 4 ounces each,   lightly rinse and pat dry In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade and  set aside. Green beans in garlic sauce

      The combination of extra virgin olive oil and butter makes these fresh green beans very tasty.
